Our vision is for Create! to grow into a network of creative worshipping communities, sharing learning and resources as more churches take part.
It begins with the same foundation: families creating together for God's glory, responding to His message and growing in faith. Children stay with their own adult, with the team helping whole families to build, talk, listen, pray and respond together.

Make space for leading, welcoming, hospitality and safeguarding. Each role helps families feel expected and able to take part together.

Plan time for building freely, a shared creative challenge, a Bible story or short teaching moment, and space for reflection and prayer.

The team around the table
Lead Builders
Guide the gathering, usually as a pair. They prepare the story and build prompts, welcome everyone, and lead the showcase, reflection and prayer.
Welcome Builders
Welcome families at the door and help them settle. Around the tables, they notice who needs encouragement and invite children and adults into conversation together.
Fuel Builders
Care for the room through refreshments and practical hospitality. They help families feel comfortable and looked after, keeping food and drink arrangements clear and well organised.
Safeguarding Lead
The named, approachable person for concerns during a session. They support the team with clear boundaries and follow the church's safeguarding and reporting process.
